How do I return a product
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Lainey Keogh Bespoke Cashmere. If you are not perfectly satisfied with an item, or items, you can return any item purchased from our website by emailing sales@laineykeogh.com within 7 (seven) days of receipt. Returned items must reach us in their new, undamaged and unworn state with original tags in place. Items must be returned in their original condition. Original condition means that items must be unused and unworn, with no marks, scent or damage and in a resalable condition. Items should be returned in their original packaging with any product tags/tickets still attached.

Lainey Keogh Bespoke Cashmere reserves the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged, worn or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We regret that due to the increased charges for returning items, all returns must be made at your own cost.

To return an item please notify us by emailing sales@laineykeogh.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Name of the item/code
- Size you would like to return
- Reason why the item is being returned

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE EU
Returns from USA, UK, CANADA & AUSTRALIA can only be made by using DHL Couriers. You can pay DHL by card, over the phone with your local office by calling 00 1800 225 5345 and they will book in the return shipment for you and take payment via phone. Please be advised DHL USA will send you the shipping label which you will need to complete before booking, along with this you will need to also complete the Customs invoice provided and make sure you have 3 copies printed to hand to the DHL courier (not attached to the parcel or in the packaging). As the shipper you are responsible for all paperwork so please ensure that you are fully completing the documentation with the correct details for customs clearance when this arrives into Ireland.

RETURNS FROM EU
We strongly recommend that you send the Item/s by courier (or an equivalent "signed for" delivery service) to ensure proof of delivery and insurance for the Goods. We cannot be responsible for any Items which are lost in transit. Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the Goods and we will endeavour to process your refund within 15 calendar days of us receiving the returned Goods. Please note that Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non returnable Items
All sales of made-to-order items are final, and are not eligible for a refund. Made-to-order and custom orders are non-refundable. Please ask questions if you have doubts regarding an item size or materials used. If you placed an order and would like to cancel please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Sales of unique one of a kind pieces, promotional and discounts items are final, and are not eligible for a refund. Items purchased as " SALE" are not eligible for return, exchange or credit without exception. Promotions including coupons and promo codes, cannot be applied to "SALE" purchases.
